Elisa Balmaceda lives and works between Berlin, Germany and Concepción, Chile.

Elisa Balmaceda (she/her) is an artist, educator, and transdisciplinary researcher. Her practice explores the relationships between the material, the invisible, and the spiritual within the contemporary energetic and technological landscape. Weaving together diverse forms of knowledge and integrating media such as light, sound, video and interventions in public space, she creates collaborative projects that investigate the ecologies of time and space on a planetary scale.
