As a joint finale to the Biennale für Freiburg 3, a food performance by the artist Agnes Essonti Luque will take place.

The performance is inspired by „La Bissaperie“, a project by Agnes Essonti Luque from 2022, which encourages the creation of a tastier, more sensual future - interwoven with personal memories and collective experiences. The preparation and sharing of bissap, a refreshing drink made from hibiscus flowers, takes centre stage.
A large tablecloth serves as a common textile that becomes a living carrier of gestures, voices and encounters through colouring, embroidery and natural pigments. Working with the hands creates a space for presence, care and connection.
